The latest much anticipated release from J D McPherson so popular is this album it took 2 weeks to arrive from a very well known online distributor.

This is simply a stunning album taking the rockin' scene by storm styles vary from straight out rockabilly, blues, soul and good ol' rock n roll.

As opposed to his previous release there is a fuller sound to this album drafting in additional musicians boosting the overall feel of things.

The opening and title track Let the good times roll is a classic destined to get the floors full of jivers, Bossy a bluesy bopper is one of my highlights. The soulfull Bridgebuilder is a departure from the general sound and feel of the album. There is not a weak track here but Mother of Lies rocks like fire and so does the closing Everybodys talking...

The 11 tracks clearly display the talent on show and J D manages to capture the authentic sound and feel of the era but makes it as alive and vital now as it ever was this is not nostalgia its now its relevant its essential listening
